Aamir Khan had quiet dinner with daughter Ira

You have seen the romantic hero persona of Aamir Khan on the silver screen; you have seen the social crusader on television, but Aamir Khan is also a husband and a father. And even though he is known to be a perfectionist in his work and extremely busy with his various commitment, the superstar does not neglect his family. Recently he was spotted with his daughter Ira celebrating her birthday.
Aamir Khan has two children from his first marriage – son Junaid and daughter Ira while he and his second wife Kiran Rao has a little son named Azad. Recently, the shutterbugs clicked the photograph of Amir, Kiran and Azad as the three enjoyed a hearty game of football. They were soon joined by actor Imran Khan and his wife Avantika and the game became a family gathering. Eldest son Junaid is being seen often around his father in the sets of Peekay.
Now, it is daughter Ira who is enjoying a time out with her proud papa. Aamir Khan is busy at present, shooting for Dhoom 3. But, he took time out on Wednesday to celebrate her birthday with his daughter. According to a source, "On Wednesday (May 8) afternoon, Aamir left the sets of his film Dhoom 3 at lunch time and was later seen having a quiet lunch with his daughter Ira. Later we came to know it was Ira's birthday. Aamir had requested Aditya Chopra much in advance to give him half a day off so that he could be around her on her special day. In fact, he made sure to come earlier in the morning at around 7 am so that some of his solo portions could be shot and he could finish his work beforehand." That’s a nice balancing act!
It was not the end. The source added that Aamir spent the evening hanging out with the friends of his daughters whom he had invited to the Bandra residence. "To add cherry to the cake, he had also arranged a surprise party for her calling all the family members at home. All the close family members came over to wish Ira on her special day," said the source.
